VDOT Snow Removal Information
The roads in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 of Readers Branch have been accepted into the state system by VDOT and if warranted, snow would be removed by VDOT and/or their contractors. Should snow be removed by VDOT in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 the developer would remove snow on the roads in Section 6 & 7. The HOA will remove snow from the common areas; clubhouse, pickleball pavilion, and mailbox kiosks. Sidewalks are in VDOT right of way. HOA will not remove snow from sidewalks in these areas.
